Q: What do you use to 3D print your products?
PLA is a thermoplastic polymer derived from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugarcane, or tapioca roots, making it an environmentally friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastics. It is produced by fermenting plant sugars into lactic acid, which is then polymerized into PLA.
Q: What is a clicker?
A clicker fidget is a small handheld fidget toy that makes a satisfying clicking sound and tactile "snap" feeling when you press a button, switch, or mechanism.
People use clicker fidgets to:
- Keep their hands busy
- Help with focus and concentration
- Relieve boredom or restlessness
- Provide sensory stimulation
Q: Can I pour drinks into my cooler coozie for drinking?
No. Cooler coozies are only intended to hold a canned beverage. The PLA material that we print with is very porous. This can allow for bacteria to quickly grow if used directly for food and drink.
Q: My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please email us with photos of the damaged product at bensonscreativeprints@yahoo.com so we can either replace the broken piece or send a replacement product. We must be contacted within 5 days of delivery.
Q: What age are your products intended for?
Our products are intended for ages 5 and older. As with all small toys, adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Since every product is made just for you, please allow 1–2 business days for us to print and prepare your order. Once it's on its way, standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships! 📦

Q: How do I care for my 3D printed product?
To keep your product looking its best, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Cooler coozies can be gently hand washed with mild soap and water. Never put any of our products in the dishwasher, as heat can warp and damage the PLA material. 🚫🍽️
